RED LINES

How injury red lines work

Injury red lines are a safety filter that runs before a plan is generated. They reduce known risk inside the program. They are not a diagnosis and not a rehabilitation prescription.

You record injuries, pain history, and physical limits in your profile. That information is treated as sensitive and is used to keep unsuitable exercises out of the plan only after you explicitly agree.

Every exercise in the library is red-line reviewed by hand. Before generation, the engine filters movements that are high risk for your history and substitutes alternatives. The check is part of generation, not a judgment left to you in a long exercise list.

The filter cannot decide whether you should train today, and it cannot replace a clinical assessment. It only means that, within the history you reported, the plan avoids movements marked high risk.

For an acute injury, worsening pain, or any doubt about whether you should train, see a doctor first. The limits of the product are in the Health & Fitness Disclaimer.
