EVIDENCE

What the evidence base covers

A recommendation should be able to say what it rests on. This page states that scope, and what it deliberately does not claim.

Reasons inside a plan come from three places: your profile, the feedback you log after training, and general principles that sports science already treats as established.

The fields named in public are periodization, biomechanics, injury prevention and rehabilitation, hypertrophy and strength, athletic performance, and technique and motor control.

This page does not attach a paper number to every sentence. A line in the app should trace back to your goal, your body, and your feedback. That is not the same as citing one specific trial.

Mylus is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not promise your personal training outcome. The boundary is in the Health & Fitness Disclaimer.
