A closed loop, not a checklist
Mylus turns profiling, generation, training, conversation, and revision into one protocol that keeps updating. It is not a plan you receive once, and it is not a course library that is the same for everyone.
01 · Profile
It starts with your body: height, weight, injury and pain history, training age, goals, and available equipment. The more honest the profile, the more the protocol aims at you rather than at an average user.
02 · Generate
The engine builds a periodized plan from that profile: exercises, sets, intensity, and recovery. Every movement passes through injury red-line filtering before it can enter the plan.
03 · Train
After each session you log completion, effort, and pain. Those are the inputs for next week’s adjustment, not a tally of consecutive days.
04 · Converse
The AI coach reads your profile and training history and explains why an exercise is there. This release does not swap exercises from chat.
05 · Revise
A plan is not a one-time delivery. The engine fine-tunes volume and exercise selection from your feedback, then moves into the next week.
