1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Mylus and govern your access to and use of the Mylus application, websites, and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Health & Fitness Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 — there is no exception for parental or guardian consent.
By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. What Mylus provides
Mylus is a personalized sports-science decision-support tool. It uses your profile (such as body data, injury history, training level, and goals) together with biomechanics and exercise-science references to generate individualized training plans and to adjust them based on your feedback over time.
Mylus provides educational and informational training references only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Health & Fitness Disclaimer for important safety information.
4. Your account
You can create an account using email or a supported third-party sign-in provider such as Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate profile and health information and to keep it up to date, since the quality and safety of the plans Mylus generates depend on it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk
Physical training carries inherent risks, including muscle soreness, injury, and in rare cases serious harm. You should obtain clearance from a qualified physician before beginning any new training program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or other health concern.
You are solely responsible for exercising within your own capabilities and for stopping any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or distress. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service and any training you perform.
6. Subscriptions, plans, and payments
Parts of the Service may be offered on a free basis with usage limits, and other parts may require a paid subscription. Where subscriptions are sold through a third-party app store, billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by that store's terms in addition to these Terms.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Pricing, quotas, and features may change; we will provide notice where required.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using the Service to provide medical advice to others or in any way that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, content, and trademarks, is owned by Mylus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service as an end user, in accordance with these Terms and any paid plan you purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself.
No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.
9. Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant Mylus a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate and adjust your training plans — consistent with the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, authentication and cloud-infrastructure providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any training outcome will be achieved.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mylus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mylus from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example within the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

本《用户协议》（以下称“本协议”）是你与 Mylus 之间具有约束力的协议，规范你对 Mylus 应用、网站及相关服务（合称“本服务”）的访问与使用。
当你创建账号、登录或以其他方式使用本服务时，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议，以及在此并入的《隐私政策》和《健康与运动免责声明》的约束。如你不同意，请勿使用本服务。
2. 使用资格
你须年满 18 周岁方可创建账号并使用本服务。本服务不向、也不得由任何未满 18 周岁者使用——不设父母或监护人同意的例外。
使用本服务即表示你已年满 18 周岁，且你所提供的信息真实、准确、完整。
3. Mylus 提供的内容
Mylus 是一款个人化的运动科学决策辅助工具。它结合你的档案（如身体数据、伤病史、训练水平与目标）以及生物力学与运动科学依据，为你生成个性化训练计划，并根据你的反馈持续调整。
Mylus 仅提供教育性、信息性的训练参考，并非医疗器械，不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗。重要安全信息请见《健康与运动免责声明》。
4. 你的账号
你可以使用邮箱或受支持的第三方登录方式（如“通过 Apple 登录”或 Google）创建账号。你须妥善保管登录凭证，并对在你账号下发生的所有活动负责。
你同意提供准确的档案与健康信息并保持更新，因为 Mylus 所生成计划的质量与安全性依赖于此。如发现账号被未经授权使用，请及时通知我们。
5. 健康、安全与风险自担
体能训练存在固有风险，包括肌肉酸痛、受伤，极少数情况下甚至严重伤害。在开始任何新的训练计划前，你应先取得合格医师的许可，尤其是当你有既往病史、伤病或其他健康问题时。
你须自行在自身能力范围内训练，并在出现疼痛、眩晕或不适时立即停止。在法律允许的最大范围内，你在知情的前提下自愿承担与使用本服务及所进行训练相关的全部风险。
6. 订阅、计划与付款
本服务的部分功能可能以带使用额度的免费形式提供，另一部分功能可能需要付费订阅。若订阅通过第三方应用商店销售，其计费、续订与取消除受本协议约束外，还受该商店条款的约束。
除法律要求或另有明确约定外，款项不予退还。价格、额度与功能可能变更；在法律要求时我们将提前通知。
7. 可接受的使用
你同意不滥用本服务，包括但不限于：试图访问不属于你的账号或数据；对本服务进行逆向工程、抓取或使其过载；上传违法、侵权或有害内容；或利用本服务向他人提供医疗建议，或以任何违反适用法律的方式使用本服务。
为保护本服务、用户或第三方，我们可暂停或限制访问。
8. 知识产权
本服务（包括其软件、模型、内容与商标）归 Mylus 或其许可方所有，并受知识产权法律保护。我们授予你一项有限的、个人的、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的许可，供你作为最终用户按本协议（及你所购买的任何付费方案）访问和使用本服务。你不得转售、再分发、再许可或以商业方式利用本服务本身。
除本协议明确授予外，不授予任何其他权利。
9. 你的内容与反馈
你保留对自己所提交信息与内容的所有权。你授予 Mylus 一项全球范围、免许可费的许可，仅为向你提供本服务所需（例如生成和调整你的训练计划），并在符合《隐私政策》的前提下托管和处理该内容。我们不会使用你的内容来训练机器学习模型。
如你向我们提供建议或反馈，我们可不受限制且无需向你承担义务地使用。
10. 第三方服务
本服务依赖第三方（例如身份验证与云基础设施提供商）。你对这些服务的使用可能受其各自条款与隐私政策约束，对于我们无法控制的第三方服务，我们不承担责任。
11. 免责声明
本服务按“现状”及“现有”基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的默示保证。我们不保证本服务不会中断、不出现错误，也不保证可达成任何训练效果。
12. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用本服务而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何利润、数据或商誉的损失，Mylus 概不负责。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们就与本服务相关的任何索赔所承担的累计责任，不超过你在索赔发生前十二个月内为本服务向我们支付金额与 50 美元之中的较高者。部分司法管辖区不允许某些限制，故上述部分内容可能不适用于你。
13. 赔偿
你同意就因你滥用本服务，或违反本协议或适用法律而引起的任何索赔、损害、责任与费用，向 Mylus 作出赔偿并使其免受损害。
14. 终止
你可随时停止使用本服务并删除账号。如你违反本协议，或为保护本服务及其用户之必要，我们可暂停或终止你的访问权限。依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效。
15. 协议的变更
我们可不时更新本协议。当作出重大变更时，我们将以合理方式（例如在应用内）予以通知。在变更生效后你继续使用本服务，即表示接受更新后的协议。
16. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突规则。争议将提交该管辖区法院解决，但当地强制性法律赋予你在其他地方提起诉讼的权利者除外。
